refactor(experimentation): drop Snowflake warehouse support

Changes

Removes the Snowflake warehouse type from the backend. It was config-only: events never reached it and results could not be computed.

• Drops WarehouseType.SNOWFLAKE, its config types and the snowflake provider.
• Migration 0017 soft-deletes active Snowflake connections (reverse is a no-op) and narrows the warehouse_type choices.
• Creating a Snowflake connection now returns 400.
