The payout field is TextFieldState-based, so it could not take payin's VisualTransformation. HedvigTextField and HedvigPhoneNumberField now accept an OutputTransformation, and payout uses one that groups a domestic number as "070 123 45 67" with the untyped digits shown as a grey placeholder.
