"REFRESH MATERIALIZED VIEW (...)" is not supported

Explicit refreshing materialized views is available in [PostgreSQL](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/sql-refreshmaterializedview.html) and [Redshift](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/redshift/latest/dg/materialized-view-refresh-sql-command.html), but unfortunately not supported by the parser.
