the check was only necessary for backwards compatibility with dehydrated cache versions created before May 2025.

This “grace period” has long passed, we can safely assume that all DehydratedStates contain a dehydratedAt attribute.

…2045) @tanstack/query-core 5.103.0 made DehydratedQuery.dehydratedAt required and removed hydrate()'s fallback for entries without it (upstream TanStack/query#11436). normalizeDehydratedQuery still passed an undefined stamp through, so the consumer type-check in render-resource-slice_test.ts (deno check --no-lock) failed with TS2322 once ^5.101.0 resolved to 5.103+, while the locked 5.101.0 stayed green. Reject an entry whose dehydratedAt is not a number, like every other malformed field. Numeric stamps hydrate exactly as before, and dehydrate() has emitted the stamp since 5.76.2.
