I want to use iptables but cloudstack-agent installs ufw

problem

I want to use iptables but cloudstack-agents tries to install ufw and ufs replaces iptables.
Would it be possible to drop this dependency and let us use the firewall that we like?

cloudstack-agent 4.23

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. apt-get install cloudstack-agent it removes iptables.
2. our configuration management installs iptables, which removes cloudstack-agent

What to do about it?

Is there any reason to enforce a specific firewall package?
