Expose JWT claims to HTTP handlers

HTTP handlers have access to Identity via ctx, but their HandlerContext lacks senderAuth, so to access it one has to open a r/o transaction, whose ctx has it.

It would be nice to be able to access JWT claims without having to open the transaction, especially given the information is already calculated at the time HTTP handler is invokes, otherwise Identity would not be avalaible.
