Running dart run devtools_extensions build_and_copy on a recent Flutter version prints:
[build_and_copy] Building the extension Flutter web app...
ERROR: ERROR: ERROR: The --pwa-strategy option is deprecated and will be removed in a future Flutter release.
The command hardcodes --pwa-strategy=offline-first in packages/devtools_extensions/bin/_build_and_copy.dart. Flutter deprecated that flag in flutter/flutter#177613 as part of flutter/flutter#156910, so it now only produces the warning, and the build will start failing once the flag is removed.
This is the same situation as #8639, where the removed --web-renderer flag broke build_and_copy and was fixed by dropping the flag in #8640.
Reproduced with Flutter 3.47.3 stable and devtools_extensions 0.5.1.
