**Rating:** 4/10 ## Comment data-color-grading on a <video> element hangs page navigation indefinitely on this machine's GPU (Intel Iris Xe, ANGLE/Direct3D11 backend). Reproducible with a single video + minimal adjust-only grading JSON (no effects/details). Without data-color-grading the exact same composition passes 'hyperframes check' instantly. Tried --no-browser-gpu (SwiftShader software fallback) too: still hung indefinitely (had to kill the Chrome process; no timeout was ever hit, it just never returned). Workaround in use: bake the grade into the source file with ffmpeg (colortemperature+eq filters) before import, and drop data-color-grading entirely. Expected: 'hyperframes check' completes (pass or fail) within the configured --timeout. Actual: navigation never completes, check hangs/times out at every --timeout value tried (10000ms through 30000ms), and --no-browser-gpu also hangs rather than falling back cleanly. ## Minimal repro Published minimal repro: https://hyperframes.dev/p/66b689c6-1675-40d4-a1c0-a0b165cd8979 ## Environment ``` os=win32/x64 node=v25.8.2 cpu=8cores mem=16GB ffmpeg=yes cli=0.8.106 ``` --- _Filed via `hyperframes feedback --file-issue`._
