The entry is well formed: valid frontmatter, MIT, Rust, and cli.doctave.com still resolves. The concern is maintenance. The Doctave/doctave CLI's last release was 0.4.2 in April 2022, the last push was September 2022, and the docs site build timestamp is also from 2022. Doctave the company now focuses on its hosted platform.

Could you confirm whether the open-source CLI is still maintained? If it's effectively deprecated, it's probably better not to add it. If it is maintained, homepage should use https:// (http://cli.doctave.com currently redirects).
